I love combining solid design with randomness. The random results of my shaky hands when I’m painting or when I’m trying to arrange things carefully along straight lines, is pleasing to me. And then to increase the effect of organic shapes, I throw on some pearls that go every which way. 

This painting reminds me of people. As God’s structured gems, we are a motley crew, free to create and roam; yet we remain within the confines of God’s eternal design.
