After over 10 years of collecting old junk jewelry, I had more than enough metal chains to create this piece. The jewelry I use almost always has something wrong with it, often the metal coatings are worn off, sometimes the clasp doesn’t work, sometimes it has lost a section, often it’s out of style, sometimes it’s so tangled it takes too long to untangle (except for an artist with patience who wants to paint with it (like me)).
