After using up most of my old jewellery on my upcycled paintings, I had to go find some more jewellery from second hand stores. One happy day I was in a store in the mall that happened to be selling out some of their stock. I was buying a few dollars worth of discounted beads and chains and quickly mentioned that I put jewellery on paintings. After hearing that, they proceeded to pull out a box of leftover stock from under their counter and offered it to me, free! And those chains became this painting!

I worked hard, and with love, to maintain the original brilliance of the metal, polishing after every application of a painted glaze. And when you see this piece in person, you'll see that it radiates.
